3D Glasses Empire adds Depth with Print Company Acquisition
Memphis, TN: American Paper Optics, LLC (“APO”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets and stock of Jaco-Bryant Printers, Inc. of Memphis, Tennessee. With the upcoming retirement of Sam Lencke, president of Jaco-Bryant, it made economic and strategic sense for American Paper Optics to acquire their largest vendor.

Paulo Aur, CFO/COO of American Paper Optics, will also head the new Jaco-Bryant Printers, LLC. “Jaco-Bryant, with their excellent print capacity and technologies, is the perfect fit for an international marketing powerhouse such as American Paper Optics. The two companies working together will allow for better local penetration of the Mid-South market and with in-house printing now part of APO’s capabilities, it makes us more competitive in the increasing international market for 3D optic products,” says Aur.
Jaco-Bryant Printers, LLC will continue their printing operation at the 30,000 square foot Hickory Hill address in Southeast Memphis along with their 26 employees, many of whom have worked at Jaco-Bryant for 15 or more years serving the local ad agencies, local businesses, and national clients.
